How to Register with JW7
Step 1
Visit to JW7 homepage, and click on the ‘Sign Up’ button on the homepage.
Step 2
Complete the registration form with your personal details. We require:
- Username
- Password
- Currency
- Full name
- Phone number & Email address
- Refer code
- Verification code
A sequence of characters that uniquely identifies you, between 4 to 15 characters, allow numbers (with no capital letters and blank).
Case-sensitive, between 6 to 20 characters which must consist of letters (a-z) and numbers (0-9).
Select your preferred currency from the drop down menu. All your deposits and withdrawals will be made via this preferred currency.
Your registered name should match with your identification.
Please ensure that you’re using your current phone number and email address when registering, as you will need to verify this information as your identity proof in the future.
Key in your friend’s referral code if your friend invites you to join us. If you don’t have any referral code, you shall ignore it and proceed to the next step.
Fill in the verification code with a 4 digit number that is shown on screen.
Step 3
Please ensure that you are aged 18 years or above, and have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions. Click ‘Confirm’, and your account is now ready to use.

No. You are only permitted to hold one active account.

Is an identity card number required upon registration?
Is an identity card number required upon registration?
No, registration can be done without an identity card number.
Identity card might be required if:
- You updating certain personal information on your JW7 account;
- Discrepancies or inconsistencies of information relating to you, your JW7 account or your transaction(s) with JW7;
- Abnormal behavior of the account.
- Notwithstanding the above, JW7 reserves the right to perform verifications on any of our members when we deem it necessary or appropriate.

For security reasons, your account will be automatically locked after multiple unsuccessful password attempts.

Please follow these simple steps to perform a password reset.
Step 1
Click on the ‘Login’ button on the JW7 homepage and select “Forgot Password”.
Step 2
Select how you would like to reset your password.
- If you would like to reset your password via email, please input your username and verified email address associated with your JW7 account and click “Confirm”. Login and check your email for a random password. Please check your junk/spam mail folder if you didn’t receive the email.
- If you would like to reset your password via SMS, please input your username and verified phone number associated with your JW7 account and click “Confirm”. You will then receive a notification that your password has been changed, and please check your phone for a random password.
Step 3
Login to your account using the new random password. Please change the random password to your own password to ensure account security. Enter the random password and then enter your new password. Click ‘Submit’.
Note:
After requesting three SMS reset passwords, you have to wait for another 72 hours to try again. You must login into your account within 15 minutes after receiving the new random password, otherwise, the password will expire. Reset password via SMS will not affect the request to reset password through Email. If you’re unable to reset the password via SMS, you can request to reset the password via email. If you’re unable to reset the password via SMS and Email, please contact our customer support team. Our customer support representatives will conduct the verification manually and reset the password for you.

- Delivered email were flagged as [Spam/Junk].
- Delayed due to network issues.
- Incorrect email upon registration.

The steps below describe how to change a known password.
Step 1
Login to your JW7 account
Step 2
Click ‘My Account’ and select ‘Reset Password’.
Step 3
Enter your current password and then enter your new password. Click ‘Confirm’. Note: Do make the new password significantly different from previous passwords. Never share your account information with anyone and please change your passwords regularly.

There are a few possible reasons, please check if:
- Incorrect username or password. The password should have at least 6 characters which must consist of letters (a-z) and numbers (0-9) and it is case-sensitive. If this problem persists, please reset your account password. (you may refer here on how to reset password)
- Inactive account – account locked due to multiple unsuccessful password attempts.
- Account suspended due to:
- Failure to verify your account information, including date of birth, phone number and email address before making a withdrawal.
- Duplicate account.
- Abnormal behavior of the account.

How to verify my account?
How to verify my account?
You are required to verify your email address, phone number and update your date of birth before you can submit any withdrawal requests. To verify your account,
Step 1
Log in to your JW7 account. Select “My Account” > “Personal Info”.
Step 2
Select the “Not verified” button next to your phone number. Click ‘Verify’ and the OTP code will be sent to you via SMS and will expire after 5 minutes. Enter the OTP code in the column and click “Submit”.
Step 3
Select the “Not verified” button next to your email address. Click ‘Verify’ and the OTP code will be sent to you via email and will expire after 5 minutes. Please check your [Spam/Junk] email folder if you didn’t receive the email. Enter the OTP code and click “Submit”.
Step 4
Update your date of birth by clicking the ‘Edit Birthday’ button, input the year, month and day respectively and click ‘Save’. Your account verification is now complete.
Note: If you didn’t receive the email, please check if:
- Your personal mailbox is full.
- Delivered email were flagged as [Spam/Junk]
- Delayed due to network issues
- Incorrect email upon registration

Don’t worry, I will assist you! Here’s how to reset your password:
- Go to JW7, click ‘Login’, then ‘Forgot Password’.
- Choose to reset by Email or SMS:
- Email: Enter your username and email, then check your inbox (and spam, just in case) for a temporary password.
- SMS: Enter your username and phone number to get a text with the temporary password.
- Use the temporary password to log in and change it to something new right away.
A couple of quick notes:
- If you’ve tried SMS resets three times, there’s a 72-hour wait before the next try.
- Make sure to log in within 15 minutes as the temporary password will expire.
- You can use both Email and SMS options independently.

To update your account info:
Send us an email at [email protected] with the subject “Request to Change Email/Phone Number”.
Please make sure to use your current email to request the change, and double-check that the new one isn’t already registered with JW7.
- Once everything’s approved, we’ll send a confirmation to your new email.
Note: You can update your details only three times, and some info like your Username and Date of Birth can&rsqou;t be changed for security reasons.
